Pros: well-lit parking lot, easy check-in, access to hotel restroom and lobby; comfortable shuttle Cons: return shuttle size too small at midnight because all the American Airlines(AA) crew need to get back to the hotel as well. A few people had to stand. No more seats. Perhaps AA should arrange for a special shuttle for their crew to minimize overcrowded vehicles Overall a positive experience. Beware parking underneath the tree next to the hotel. Upon return there were bird poop all over our car!

Plenty of parking. Took 2 calls to get a van to pick us up at the end of our trip. Don’t know why the driver couldn’t drop us off at our car on the return.
