I had a great experience using the parking facility at Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center. The lot was easy to find, well-lit, and felt secure leaving my vehicle for several days. The shuttle service was prompt both to and from the airport, and the drivers were friendly and professional. Check-in and pick-up were smooth with no confusion, which made the whole process stress-free. Pricing was reasonable compared to other options nearby. The ride to the airport was good. I came back from Vacation called you guys they said they be right there I waited and Waited nothing then I walked up to the little shack and asked her if it's common that it takes so long to have you guys pick up after they called she said no. She called you guys and YOU GUYS SAID OH I GOT BUSY HERE AND FORGOT . Not happy. It was cold standing out there Wednesday April 29th thanks

Buying the service via internet was very easy. Check-in at hotel was not good. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for clerk to come to front desk to check us in. Then had to fill in paper work, name, address car make model, lic. number, etc. and dates that we will be gone. They should have that info from our original application. Pick-up at airport on return was excellent, less than 5 minutes. Over all service was good!
