It was simple and easy to schedule my parking stay. Went into the hotel and registered my car, then they took me to the airport promptly. I called when I returned and they picked me up quickly and they dropped me right at my car. It was very quick and easy.

Parking was okay. I would have felt better if it was fenced in or more secure. There was a dance competition when we got there so it was very crowded which doesn't really matter. The driver to MKE was outstanding. It was difficult to get back to the Crown Plaza as we had a full van but we managed just fine. That driver was also quite good. The wheels on my car were frozen to the ground because when I parked there was a bunch of snow and the parking space wasn't plowed very well. When we came back it had thawed and refroze with literal puddles and then ice under each tire and my car was stuck when I tried to drive away at 11:00 PM at night.
