To guarantee a seat on the shuttle, please contact the front desk at (704) 525-2626 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your ride. Same-day reservations are not guaranteed—please call the hotel prior to booking to confirm shuttle availability.

Shuttle Schedule:

• 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Runs hourly on the hour

• After 9:00 AM: Departs at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM
  (No shuttle service between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM)

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight): On-Demand Service
  (Please call the front desk to request a pickup)
