Verified UserThe staff person was pleasant and helpful, but it was very difficult to hear her through thewindow. There needs to be a way to amplify the communication. The shuttle driver was very nice and friendly.

Verified UserMy experience using the Rightway site was great. Everything went smoothly at Econo Lodge but there was a fee for the shuttle to the airport, and they only took cash, which was unexpected. I chose not to argue as I was eager to be on my way.
