The shuttle runs from 10:00 AM- 9:30 PM, 365 Days a year. 

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport (10:00, 10:30, 11:00 etc.)

I had a great experience. The shuttle was there right when I parked and then the shuttle arrived to pick me up at the airport just as my bags were coming off the conveyor belt. I think it would be helpful if you had a way for customers to track where your shuttle is at though. While I was on the shuttle, the driver was having a hard time communicating with another customer as to where they were located at.

Parking was easy and the driver was right there to pick me up. When I returned the driver was very prompt and texted to let me know where I would be picked up. Highly recommend!
