The facility is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.
Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport with every reservation.
DFW Airport Parking by Ausby is a PARKING-ONLY company. Shuttle service is provided by an independent 3rd party operator and is entirely optional.
You may use any transportation service you prefer — Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or the Shuttle. Please direct all shuttle concerns to the shuttle provider.
Shuttle Information
You must call 30-45 minutes before arrival.
The shuttle runs 24 hours a day; it is complimentary from 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM.
After 9:30 PM, the shuttle is an additional $20+tax per reservation.
Once your reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.
Additional Information
Immediately after booking, you MUST text a screenshot of your reservation confirmation to (214) 494-1744 along with your full name, email address, and License Plate. This confirms your reservation with DFW Airport Parking by Ausby and ensures your parking spot is reserved. !! BALANCE DUE !! YOU ARE ONLY PAYING A DEPOSIT !!. Once you complete this step, you will receive the payment link by text and email. We may not honor reservations that are not confirmed, and unconfirmed vehicles are subject to removal.
Once confirmed, you will receive a text back with your check-in instructions, shuttle schedule, and payment details.

"I had a great experience. The shuttle was there right when I parked and then the shuttle arrived to pick me up at the airport just as my bags were coming off the conveyor belt. I think it would be helpful if you had a way for customers to track where your shuttle is at though. While I was on the shuttle, the driver was having a hard time communicating with another customer as to where they were located at."
