Verified Userhi, I thought everything was great until our flight got delayed and we had to spend another night and have to leave our cars. We could not get in touch with you. There was no way to call the hotel. We were on the phone trying to reach you for hours, so we finally had to rebook online online and had to pay $36 when I only paid 70 . Dollars and I left the car there for four nights. The rate was 1499. We paid 36 because we couldnāt get in touch with a human being. Will definitely use you guys again. But only if we can get in touch with you if you give us a phone number that someone will answer. We had enough stress being trapped in Chicago for two days. This was unnecessary stress that couldāve been avoided if someone wouldāve picked up the phone.
