Pros: Quick and smooth airport transfer. The driver was attentive and picked us up from level C, which we had selected, even though the system showed level B — appreciated the attention to detail! Cons: We had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle, and there was an unexpected second charge on the day the service started in addition to the one at booking. Would be great to clarify this in advance.

I have been very happy with Maas Parking Newark and have parked there numerous times. I have found it to be easy, quick and all the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to park, very convenient to airport. Only one problem; there is no sign on street & it was extremely hard to find. Others in the shuttle also complained about same. They give u an address but no way possible to see it on street.

The entire experience was first class, from parking to shuttle, and then pickup. Everything was very smooth and professional.

You need to put a sign out by the entrance so people can see where you are located.

always great service and quick to pick up and drop off whatever time I need. This last trip I needed a 2am drop off and 5pm pick up. Maas was quick and I got to the airport in plenty of time. They are always friendly and I feel my car is safe there.

The location is very good and check-in process is very fast. Upon returning, the shuttle arrived quickly to pick up. I would highly recommend Mass Parking Newark.
