Had a late night flight into Nashville, was a little nervous about waiting for a shuttle the late at night. I called the pick up number when I arrived in the terminal and the driver was waiting for me in 15 minutes by the time I reached the pick up area. Thank you RightWay for the 24 hour service, it really works great!

The parking here is okay but not super impressive. They want you to park in the back, which is quite far from the van pickup/front door. The lot is secure. The van driver was unimpressive as well, but he did drive very fast... When calling for pickup at the airport upon our return, the line kept dropping us back to the generic message. We had to call back at least a dozen times to get through for a pickup request. I would reserve next door at the Hyatt House next time.

We were very happy with leaving our SUV at the Embassy Suites in Nashville. We were able to park in an well lighted area.The front desk was helpful with the next Shuttle time, and attended to our comfort as we waited. The shuttle arrived. The shuttle driver was very helpful and we arrived and returned safely.
