"I appreciated the ease of parking. The walk from parking to the shuttle is a trek. Not like Parking Spot where they pick up at your car. The shuttle was prompt. My arriving flight was 2 hrs late and when I went to my car, there was a tow notice on my windshield. It was in the line of sight for driving. I could not scrape it off. I had to drive home with my windshield partially obstructed.I could have been sited for it if I was stopped by patrol. I wasn't given any grace for a late arrival. Not good customer service. Hopefully they do better in the future. The sticker was a pain in the ass to remove, by the way!"

"The first time I parked here I was running around bit behind and did not plan correctly. I made it to the hotel and got my parking instructions, but was informed that the airport shuttle would be full for the drop off time that I needed due to a sports team being at the hotel and filling the van. I was a bit putoff, but called for an Uber and moved on. The 2nd time I parked here it was absolutely fabulous.... I arrived 15 minutes before the shuttles scheduled departure (every 1/2 hour) parked and gathered my things. I waited roughly 5 - 7 minutes and we were off to the airport. The driver was nice and efficient, we had a pleasant conversation for the 10 minute drive and then I was off. The return was equally nice. Just walked out to the curb and there they were. I will definitely park here anytime I am flying out of DAL or need parking in the area. "
