We felt we found a great place to keep our car when we flew out of Love Field. The Embassy Suites Hotel was easy to find, we never were concerned about the safety of our vehicle, and the pick-up and drop-off service was efficient. I recommend it!

There when I needed them the most! Thankful for the recommendation from another customer. They spoke highly of this parking facility. And, I must say no lies detected! Ease in and out… my vehicle was safe 3 days all good! Will be using again.

Worked well. Parked close to the hotel entrance. Waited inside the lobby for the next shuttle. Shuttle was safe and mostly reliable. We got there before the time to leave but the shuttle had left early because it was full, so it was good that we had allowed extra time. Shuttle from the airport worked well.

Leaving the hotel was great. Pleasant manager, great driver. Left the hotel on the half hour...on time. Coming back was terrible. I expected the van to arrive at 7:45 an was waiting starting at 7:35. Somehow I had missed it but don't know how. I called the hotel but they don't seem to have a good wait to get answers about shuttle information and no easy way to find out where the van's location is. I called 3 times. Once, I appeared to be dropped and sent to the system to pic a # again and start over. There is no hotel desk manager option which is what is what I wanted. I finally got the information that the shuttle would be there at in 10 minutes which was about 8:15. It got there close enough. The driver was pleasant and we had to stop at another location and the trip was longer than it was to get to the airport. I chalk this to an an unfortunate bad experience but may try this location again because their parking was decent and the price was good and their distance airport is close. 10-15 minutes.

Rightway parking is a very reasonable option for parking whether you decide on covered or uncovered parking. Came back without any issues and the shuttle to the airport was great as well. Thank you!

Super easy to park and jump on shuttle. A little confusing coming back with the timing. When I called embassy they weren’t super clear on when we should expect the shuttle. But it ended up working out. Definitely would book and use again!

We love parking in this place. It looks safe and organize. Staff were pleasant and looks welcoming. Area is easy to find. I feel worry free leaving our car with the Hotels parking space. We'll definitely parked here again next time.
