Verified UserI have always enjoyed parking at this lot, was a little annoyed and glad all on one when I returned to my car and found I had a parking notice showing that my parking ended two days earlier than my reservation, which upon confirming I did in fact pre pay for all the days I was parked and just very very glad nothing happened to my car. We need to take care of the customers info better and reservations.

Verified UserThis is the only place I choose to leave my car when traveling. Your service desk people are always helpful, and your shuttle drivers are always courteous. Especially Dave!!!:):) I'm asked why I don't just leave my car at the airport, as it's more convenient. Well, I say I believe my car is safer in your well lit lot, and the cost is much more acceptable. I will ALWAYS choose your location!!!

Verified UserI gave four stars because The process was easy and affordable from booking with the website to parking my car and checking in. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I received a text the morning I was to return telling me my parking reservation had ended, and I was confused because I wasn’t due to pick my car up until that evening. So it made me worry about if my car would still be there. Also when I tried to reach someone at the hotel to let them know my flight was delayed, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Which gave me a little bit of panic.
