"Rightway Parking at the Holiday Inn Birmingham was an excellent choice for us. We were gone for 7days and parking fee was approximately $50. The car was parked in the Holiday Inn Express, well lite, parking lot. The parking is very near the airport and the hotel shuttle service, was prompt in getting us to the airport as well picking us up on our return. Next time I fly out of Birmingham, with an extended stay, this is the way to go. "
W. Gray

"The convenience of being able to park at the Holiday Inn was great. It relieved us of a lot of stress getting to the airport early in the morning. Park my car, spend the night, take the hotel shuttle and voila! Not to mention the cost which is considerably less than parking at the airport. I am very glad to have found you as a parking alternative. I was gone for 10 days and my vehicle was safe and sound upon return. I will definitely use your service again when I fly out of Birmingham. Thank you! "

"no problem with check in. Picking up was different story. I called three times as the line kept hanging up. Then I was put on hold for 15 min. Very unclear directions about where to be for pick up. There was 3 separate groups waiting for pick up. I was told 20 min until the driver would arrive, why the long wait. The airport is only 5 min away. Once we were there, no problem getting the car. Both drivers were pleasant and very willing and helpful with luggage"
