Verified UserHello, we have used your service every time we have flown out of Birmingham. Most of your personnel have been fabulous. Very personable, polite and helpful. Having said that, our September pickup, when we returned from Colorado, was less than good. The driver was not very responsive. He crammed a bunch of us into the vehicle, and unfortunately, we were expected to find our way to the back seat. Considering our physical issues, this was very hard. There were other elderly people sitting in the easy access seats, and they could have moved over but did not. I will never do this again. If we are not provided easy access that suits our physical limitations, we will have to find another choice. Our service in October was great.
