"The location of the parking garage in relation to Pier 88 is very convenient and made getting to our cruise departure point easy and stress-free. Overall, the process was straightforward, and I appreciated the proximity to the pier. One area for improvement would be the online payment process. I drive an SUV, and I wish there had been an option to pay the additional SUV fee in advance through an online portal. Having to make that payment when dropping off the vehicle was a bit inconvenient. As for customer service, the gentleman who greeted us was direct and efficient, but his demeanor came across as somewhat brusque and not particularly welcoming. On a more positive note, the gentleman who drove us to the pier was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. His positive attitude helped start our trip on a great note. Overall, the convenience of the location and the excellent shuttle service made for a good experience, with just a few opportunities to improve the customer experience."

"Our driver was awesome. The main man in charge was very rude. Was refusing to do valet until I showed a picture of the confirmation for valet and then charged us an additional $40 for an SUV which nothing was stated about additional charge for an SUV. Location was great. "

"The parking was very easy to get in and out of and I felt comfortable leaving my car there while I went on a 6-day cruise. I walked about a block to the cruise port and felt comfortable leaving my car. The staff was friendly and retrieved my car when I came after my cruise I will use them again if and when I use the cruise port in Manhattan in the future."

When we got there the person told us that they would not drive us there and back. After a conversation, they agreed to do both. I like this company and will use them again - just be careful."
