Reserve parking at Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Hi, We used the Sleep Inn & Suites near the Buffalo Airport for our most recent 10 day trip. The location is very convenient. The staff is courteous & punctual. They were also extremely attentive picking us up when we returned. We definitely will recommend them.

First time using this....i was alittle worried about the timing and getting to airport....they were great!!! Absolutely no issues very prompt in drop off and pickup...will definetly use again...car was there for 15 days...

Easy to reserve; very accommodating when my flight was canceled and needed to extend my reservation; close to the airport and 24 hour shuttle service was quick to arrive for pick up! Highly recommend!

It was a seamless experience. The shuttles were waiting for me both times. The hotel is within 3 minutes of the airport and all staff I interacted with were friendly and service oriented. No problem recommending this parking option to friends and family.

We always use Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo airport parking when we fly out of Buffalo. The parking is secure, the shuttle to and from the airport is prompt and comfortable.

Booking was easy .. but the morning employee at the hotel Was extremely rude and miserable. Granted I know it was early I am hours but he was very rude with how it all worked. We were first timers to this and I didn’t appreciate his absolute rudeness. We were told to hurry or we would be waiting a half hour for next bus when the booking clearly stated the bus was on demand. Coming home was much better we landed in Buffalo at about 7 pm and the hotel staff when I called was super nice and helpful we got back to our vehicle very quickly. I did exactly what the confirmation email told me to do and called as soon as I got to location and he sent us the bus right away .. in the am it was opposite the guy was rude as hell on the phone … my email said to call the number when you arrive and he snapped at me and stated… “ well you need to come inside “… and when we did he told us to move our vehicle to another location which almost made us miss the bus…. He was plain rude and that will cause me not to use this Again at sleep Inn it was early and nobody needs that attitude first thing in am hours esp when it’s your for first time using this service …
