Shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Shuttle runs every hour on the hour to and from the airport. 

You must call 24 hours prior to schedule your shuttle if leaving between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. 

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

Despite an unfortunate shuttle mix up at my chosen parking lot, which forced me to Uber to the airport at last min, I still give this company a high rating for making a difficult situation right for me in the end. Excellent customer service- spoke with a real person & they were immediately helpful! That says a lot as most companies you would be stuck in the AI phone tree of options & never get to speak to a human. I am grateful for the kind & courteous humans on the phone & email who helped by being responsive & understanding!

The hotel staff were very courteous. The shuttle service is fast and we didn't have to wait to get our shuttle. The shuttle driver was very helpful and courteous. The car was safe and in good condition when we returned to it after our trip.

The parking was good. The hotel where I parked didn’t seem to know anything about it. As far as security the day I went to pick up my truck they had 9 vehicles get broken into. People were in the parking lot putting plastic over their broken windows.
