A complementary shuttle service up to four people is provided to and from the Port with every reservation.
The facility is located less than a mile from the Tampa Cruise port.
Shuttle Information
The shuttle runs from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Allow 15 minutes for pick-up and drop-off when calling for the shuttle service.
Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be provided via text/email confirmation.
Additional Information
Complementary shuttleis up to four passengers roundtrip per reservation.
Each additional passenger is a $10 roundtrip.

No problems at all. Driver was there when I arrived and he went to my car to make sure I had the paperwork on the dash and that the car was locked. When we came back I was directed by the right way van to a van for a hotel who asked me to book with them next time.

Documentation sent to me pre-cruise was deficient. The documentation cited a 4 digit street address and mentioned the lot is next to a Marathon gas station. Nothing said the address given is not the address of the lot. I circled several times before finding the lot. The dispatcher always had an excuse for the shuttle taking a while to appear. And at return, instructions for finding the shuttle were vague. And then more excuses for delays.

Had trouble finding correct lot, no address on sign. Went into a fenced parking lot and attendant told me it was next door. Car was there when we returned from our cruise.

Booking was easy but parking lot was a public lot with cruise rates of $6 a day posted. I paid $11.99 a day in advance. There was no one there to ask any questions if we were actually in right place. I called and got a recording saying vans ran every 15 mins but they went right by us. Called back and finally got someone to answer and send a van. It was very easy when we returned and a right way driver was there and very nice and took us to our car.

Wide open lot, directly across from the port. It was easy to find and park. We did end up ordering an Uber to get to the ship, but took the shuttle back to our vehicle after the trip. Shuttle was clean and driver was very nice. Would use again.

Easy to book. Location is in front of terminal and has van service to terminal. Used them 3 times now. Highly recommended.
