The complimentary shuttle is only available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive or depart outside these hours—or prefer private transport—please use a rideshare service to get to/from PHX.

At first look, the lot looked a little sketchy, it was unattended and there were no clear instructions posted. We read out ticket, found a parking spot and called the number. The very courteous shuttle driver showed up and we hopped on. This shuttle does not take you to the airport, it goes to the sky train. During our trip, the driver explained the process to us and how return transportation worked. Simple! Got back, took the sky train, called the driver and were taken to our car. The lot is secured by cameras and there were no issues. I will usethese guys again. Thank you

Might want to pave the lot, but that would probably result in higher prices. The van driver was outstanding - super friendly and helpful. Unclear how to coordinate the return to the lot, so I walked. All good!
