Hilton - PHX Parking

"Usually this parking spot is reliable but not on this trip. I tried to get on the 6:00 a.m. shuttle to the airport but it was full and eight of us returned away. A few of us took an Uber together. On my return I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at my terminal. I called several times and they failed to tell me that their shuttle bus wasn't working and they were using a different hotel's van so I missed it the first time around. The driver was super friendly though which is why I gave it a four star review and not lower. Disappointed and weighing whether I'll park there again."
