Parking was fine. Car was fine upon return. Shuttle to airport was fine. The pickup from airport was not the best. Had to wait about 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after phone call for pickup.

The location was easy to get to. Checking in was fast. I didn't have to leave any registration in my car so I could have taken my bags in with me. The drivers were very polite and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Easy access, assistance from the hotel front desk was good and the shuttle runs every half hour. On our return, we called the shuttle coordinator and were picked up in 20 minutes.

Awesome price and great parking lot. A little confusing on when you first get there and checked in on when the shuttle is going to be there, if you wait inside or outside. The shuttle did not run at each 30 minute mark like it says. Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. But overall fine experience

Good staff. There was a mis-communication on this trip. The site was upgrading their parking lot and they told me my parking location was ok. Yet, it was in a completely different location when I returned. (Who would 'steal' a 16 year old car?) We worked it out, but an extra walk-around with suitcase was necessary on my part.

Very easy process for parking, sign in and book your days and once you get to the hotel just go in and register. You park and get a free shuttle to and from the airport which is 2 miles away, love it
