The hotel never gave us phone number to call when we were in the airport waiting for the shuttle. We waited in the heat of Phoenix for 45 minutes. Then, when we finally found a number to call, the person who answered had such a strong accent that we couldn't understand her. Other shuttles in the airport came and went every 30 minutes. Looks like we will have to use a different parking facility next time!

Very quick drop off and nothing to do except walk a short distance and start your engine when you leave. Not a sketchy area and I will use this again. Only negative is the van is on a 30 min cycle and I just missed for my pickup and had to wait that long.
