Verified UserIt sounds like you had a great experience overall, but that unexpected charge at the parking lot definitely threw a wrench in things. It’s frustrating when you think everything is settled, only to be hit with a "surprise" fee at the finish line.

Verified UserThe parking lot was extremely filled but they were able to honor my reservation. I don't understand why I had to pay an SUV surcharge at the location when I had paid for everything online. It would have been easier just to have it included in the reservation instead of having to read the fine print and pay it at he location in cash. ( If paid with a card you get charged a surcharge) Otherwise, still recommend them.
