"The shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient. I've used it at least a half dozen times. I have had one occasion where there was very little parking available and I had to drive around more than once to find a spot which ended up in the back of the hotel and far from an entrance. The second issue is that the wait time at the terminal to be picked up has been at least 30 minutes each of the last two times."
