The driver of the shuttle bus was excellent, he dropped me off to the airport and picked me up when I returned. Both experiences with him was lovely, he was very professional, polite and personable. Because of his professionalism I will be using Days Hotel by Wyndham Buffalo Airport Parking again and again.

What a great service. And an even better price. The only step that I messed up on is the phone number on the email to call on return was not the airport that I was at. After waiting 30 minutes, I realized this. Called and within 10 minutes I was picked up.

The drop-off experience was typical but the pick-up was exceptional! We returned to find our car covered in 3 inches of snow! Not only did the driver carry the luggage to our vehicle but he immediately went back to the shuttle, grabbed a snow brush, and proceeded to clean off our entire vehicle! Definitely above and beyond expectations! Well done! Would whole-heartedly recommend to others.

The lot entrance isn't at the hotel itself which would make it a little more convenient. Exiting the lot is a little confusing (especially at night) because of its configuration and because there is a lack of signs directing drivers to the exit area. The staff at the hotel, at the gate, and on the shuttle were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. There was very little waiting time both going to and coming back from the airport. Overall it was a good experience, and I'd use this lot again in the future.
