The shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Shuttle runs every hour on top of the hour to the airport (E.g., 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 etc.)

Shuttle runs to both terminals.

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

My only criticism is the long wait for the pickup shuttle. I arrived at 4:45 to shuttle area and waited almost a full hour for the 5:00 pick up.
