"Shuttle pick up and drop off went smoothly and ran on time. Giving a rating of 4 because I had difficulty getting out of the parking lot. The parking structure is no longer owned by the hotel but is run by a third party. I called for help from the kiosk at the exit. Luckily no one else was wanting to exit at the same time. Eventually, got it sorted and the support person opened the gate for me. When you reserve, give yourself extra time for when you expect to leave to avoid being charged "late charges" when you exit."
