The hotel property is monitored 24 hours a day and has staff present to assist while parking.

Shuttle service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Shuttle service runs 5 min to the hour, every hour. (ex; 5:55, am 6:55, am 7:55, am, etc.)
Return instructions will be provided at check-in and in the email/text confirmation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Comfortable place to sit, in the lobby of the hotel, while waiting for the shuttle to take us to airport. The shuttle was waiting for us when we exited the airport. Very professional shuttle drivers and reasonably priced. Will definitely use Rightway Parking!

The directions told me to park on one side of the hotel which I did. The person at the desk had me move to the other side of the hotel. That was the only problem with my trip. Everything else was excellent. I will use them again.

Nice, clean, with comfortable bed. Stayed two nights, one on each end of the trip. In the second room, the air conditioning was blasting arctic air and seemed to have only two settings--63 degrees freezing and "fan only", which was hot (Phoenix outside was 98). The first night, when we checked in, the staff seemed confused about the Rightway Parking reservation and what was included, how much to pay etc, but it all worked out once we called the 888 number. Great service on both ends.

John the shuttle driver was excellent! We're not from around here so he mentioned great restaurants to try and told us the procedure upon returning. GREAT customer service!!!

This hotel was the best we have used close to PHX. The room was large w/ a sitting area, etc. Our parking for 2 weeks was very easy. The Airport shuttle provided excellent service.

Yes it is not a Ritz or Four Seasons, but we have a good, clean room and a staff that goes out of their way to make the overnight stay and convenient transportation to PHX work each time. We will continue to come back...and close to some very good restaurants as well!
