Started off with no shuttle to the airport. Had to pay $20 to Uber to get there. Received a call while in Greece on the second day of our vacation telling me a window was down and they wanted to know what they could do. I tried to call twice and was told that the person handling parking wasn't in and to call back. We got home on the night of the 20th and called for the shuttle. The nicest man was there in 10 minutes and was friendly and did a great job of getting us to the car and changed our experience to a much better one. Thank goodness there was no rain damage.

Overall, it was good from start to finish. Scheduling the reservation was easy. When I arrived, checking in was easy. And the shuttle was prompt with drop off and pick up to and from the airport. I will use again.

Overall, a good experience. Nice that they offered a shuttle to the terminal, but I had to wait ~50 min for pickup because there were so many people and only one shuttle.

Quick and easy process. Way cheaper than parking in New Orleans. Taxi was a 36.00 fair to downtown. We would definitely use Right way again.
