"Such an easy way to get to the airport. Staff is always friendly and never have to wait for a shuttle since they run on the half hours. Just wish they had a direct line from the automated menu to let the driver know he has people to pick up. The option available now doesn't get me anywhere because it tells me to call another number and it's irritating since I never have a pen and paper. If the front desk is an option, they should make it standard for the dispatch to the drivers. "
