Shuttle service is provided from 4:00 AM to midnight, 365 days a year. 

The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (E.g., 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, etc.).

Return shuttle pickups are on demand.

With this being my first experience. Overall it was great; the return part was a little hectic. I called and was left holding for 10 minutes during that time my husband called and got right thru. Then bus came it was already full had to wait on another one. we were unsure if the next would be for us or not. No confirmation or name given. But we will try again next time

Easiest, most convenient, friendly, helpful, courteous. I had a few mess-ups due to my own personal error and they had no problem helping me every time. I love this service and if I plan to leave town again, I will be using their service!
