The shuttle service is always professional and make sure you get to and from the airport on time. They were a bit busy this time but understandably so since it was a Saturday at 6:00 pm.

It was very convenient and valuable for me to park at Fairfield Inn & Suites during my recent week long travels. The location and convenient shuttle made for an easy departure and return. The only issue I had was the attitude of the woman behind the hotel counter when I arrived. It was 5AM, so I understand a person being tired, as so was I. But she was down right rude. It seemed I had bothered her by showing up and it irritated her to open/unlock the door for me.

Called 3 times to the Hotel to arrange a pick up from IAH airport and waited 30 minutes outside the airport for a pickup until they finally picked me up!

A courteous and warm welcome with a smile at reception always goes a long way. Friendly drivers who smile and greet are also helpful for a great experience. Wait time to airport was excellent. NO wait. Wait time from airport took 10-15 minutes even though the receptionist claimed the driver was already at the airport (a more accurate ETA to a designated door would be more useful for customers).

Actually I arrived there late because of an accident on the road and it is near to missed my flight.The staff managed the shuttle took me out of schedule (service time) ! Many thanks guys!

The parking lot was full but they allowed us to park in a spot they don't normally. The trip to the terminal was quick. The pickup was about 15 minute wait.
