Had some trouble finding a parking spot on the 2nd floor, but plenty were available on the 3rd. The shuttle service was prompt and drivers were friendly, making it convenient to reach the airport terminal from Fine Economy Parking. Customer service was generally good; they were helpful when I needed assistance with my reservation confirmation email.
