The price was good, and there was always someone present to answer the phone and questions. I learned what is required for a comfortable parking experience, and I will respond accordingly on my next parking reservation.

Verified UserMake sure you know if you are in A or B lot. The barcode will let you in the wrong lot. In the end it was fine I paid for rooftop but there was none at the lot we pulled into. Couldn’t find my email at the exit gate although I found it after we were on the shuttle. They opened the gate for me since they could see me in the system as prepaid.
