The price was good, and there was always someone present to answer the phone and questions. Verified UserMake sure you know if you are in A or B lot. The barcode will let you in the wrong lot. In the end it was fine I paid for rooftop but there was none at the lot we pulled into. Couldn’t find my email at the exit gate although I found it after we were on the shuttle. They opened the gate for me since they could see me in the system as prepaid.

Verified UserEmployees were the best! The front desk were so kind and so helpful. I was accompanied by the employee who helped me navigate the parking garage, and he even carried my luggage! The bus driver was also very kind, helpful and even gave me two roses!
