The parking lot needs more organization. Cars parked all over the place which underutilize parking spots. Key check-in and numbering needs efficiency.

Have used Gold Park for our last three trips; both our drop off and pick up to OIA went off smoothly. On one trip, it was difficult to remember exactly where the car was parked on their lot; the shuttle driver was kind enough to drive SLOWLY through the entire lot until I located my car. He was extremely patient 😊

Everything worked well at Gold Park in Orlando. I had no problems at either end with shuttles and the drivers were courteous and helpful.

We have packed at Gold Park many times. The service is getting better and the new vehicles are much appreciated. One thing they can work on is their etiquette. When you call for pickup they can be rude. The drivers are very nice.
