Verified UserParking at the hotel and gettng to the airport was so easy. When we returned home, though, we called and were told they'd send someone right out. We waited 30 minutes then called again to be told they were busy and would send someone out to get us asap. We waited another 20 minutes, then took a taxi to our car at the hotel.
