Overall, parking at the Holiday Inn was a good experience. The only slight catch was that we had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle, and we were not the only ones--there were about 6 others waiting as well.

The entire process was easy. We arrived early and the van was timely getting us to CVG. We called for pickup after retrieving our luggage and within 5 minutes we were picked. Exactly as the process is described. We were pleased with both the service and the price. We plan to continue using this service as it fits our need perfectly.

Travel to the airport was great! The pick-up from the airport back to our cars no so much. It seems the driver disappeared. We were told he would be there in 5 -7 minutes & 30 minutes later he shows up. Not the way I wanted to end a beautiful trip!
