Shuttle Information

Shuttle service is provided from 5:00 AM to midnight, 365 days a year. 

The shuttle service runs every 30 min (Ex, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, Etc.)

Return shuttle pickups are on demand. The shuttle is down from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. 

Once the reservation is booked, further instructions will be provided via email/text confirmation.

I took an early morning flight out of RDU last week and parked at the Hyatt Place for 6 days. I checked in with the front desk and caught a ride to the airport with a fellow passenger. The return trip was easy- I called the number provided and the shuttle came within 15 minutes to pick me up. Will definitely use Rightway again.
