The faciliity is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking. 

We will valet your vehicle from the curbside and return your vehicle on demand.

Arrival Information

They provide On-Demand valet service at the airport from 5:00 AM - 11:30 PM.

Immediately after making your reservation, please call Logan Airport Parking Services to schedule vehicle pick-up at your airline’s departing terminal (curbside) and provide other essential details.  

Once the reservation is booked, detailed instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

So convenient, I was really impressed with the whole process. Someone called the day of and we met on time. Then coming home, the same thing. They texted me when I arrived as they followed our flight. Went out side and there was my vehicle. Really impressed and would use them again and again.
