There was only on parking space left and it was handicapped. Thank God my wife is handicapped and we could park in it with our handicapped placard! Front desk staff is nice. Wait wasn't to long.

The service is excellent all around. The lot is safe, well lighted and such easy access right on motel grounds. A motel shuttle driver was readily available to take me to the airport and also upon return. The motel staff is very accommodating (has coffee, tea and restrooms and place to sit) and I did not even stay at motel. I tipped the driver I was so happy with the low cost and service. I will continue to use this service here over and over. This response was not paid for or solicited. I am a very happy customer.

I initially had reservations about using an offsite parking area but i couldn't be more pleased with the service. The staff was very courteous & helpful with information and the wait time was slim to none. i definitely will be using BOLT again!
