I arrived at BWI at 1am. The shuttle came within 15miutes to pick me up and take me directly to my car. For a single older female, it was a great experience.

Excellent treatment by staff and shuttle service. However there was an issue … while away the license plate was stolen from my van in Microtel’s parking lot. Major hassle plus extra expenses.

When we arrived the driver was very prompt and efficient. When we called, when we got back , the number in the text rang and rang and nobody answered. We had to call the hotel front desk to speak to a person. After the call was made we waited about 30 minutes for our pickup. When the guy arrived to pick us up he said he couldn't leave because he was the only one covering the front desk. Other than that it was very efficient and we saved about 30.00 going through this company and definitely will use them again.

Easy way to park for trips from BWI. The only knock is that they seem to have only one individual on staff doing not only the shuttle service, but manning the hotel desk as well. Otherwise, they were friendly and easy to use.

I was very happy with my parking arrangements. It was very reasonable (way below airport long term parking rates) and convenient (only 10 mins from the airport). The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and got me to and back from the airport without any delays. I would do it again for my next long adventure.

Microtel Inn BWI Airport Hotel is the best place to park when traveling out of BWI. The employees are always very polite and accommodating. I will always use them when flying out of BWI.
