I have parked my vehicle here a few times in the past month and I am very pleased with the service I receive each time. The hotel attendants and shuttle drivers are always helpful and have great attitudes.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. The online booking was very easy. The cost was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived back it was just a short phone call and about 10 minutes and a warm van came to pick us up. It had snowed but they plowed next to the van so it was easy to get out and ready to go. I will definitely be using this service again the next time we travel from Milwaukee.

Waited about 10 mins for the return shuttle. Driver very courteous, we got back to the lot in less than 10 mins and my car was waiting. Driver offered to load my bags in my car! Took a min to settle up and I was on my way! Will use again!

The receptionist was polite and attentive explaining the process. My wife and I were very happy with the drop-off and pick-up by the the personnel. It was a nice experience and we'll use them again if the prices remain competitive.
