"I originally booked to park a certain period of time then called to extend the time period. Upon doing so, the customer service person made a new booking - meaning I had two confirmations for the two periods of time. I showed both booking to the attendant when I checked in but he said he didn't need to see both because he had the information. However, upon picking up the vehicle the attendant told me I was 4 days late picking up and owed them money. Luckily I had all of the emails and confirmations with me and was able to prove that I didn't. The attendant seemed quite frustrated and put me through the "third degree", but finally the issue was resolved and I was correct. The booking process was easy through Rightway and the shuttle service was very convenient. "
