I have parked here 3 times. 2 of the times, I got upgraded to covered parking for free! I have never had to wait for the shuttle. I feel very safe parking here.

We just got off of your shuttle in ATL after a long hard day of traveling. The brightest part of our day was Dwayne, your shuttle driver. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and a gentleman in every way. His job has to be difficult at times dealing with grouchy travelers, but he turns the attitudes around. We will definitely use your parking lot service again! Thank you!!!

Not sure if always is like that but this time it was fast shuttle to Airport and back to our car. I always used Marriott parking but I think this is better because they take you to the car. Plus shuttle gets quicker than others.
