Getting to the terminal
The shuttle runs every 6 to 10 minutes. Arrive at the lot 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal.
When you arrive
Drive to 111 Eastern Avenue, Chelsea, MA 02150. Please scan your QR Code to enter and exit the facility. If you entered your license plate, the gate will raise automatically. Park anywhere in that row and the shuttle will pick you up at your car. Ask the driver for a locator slip with your parking spot marked and the instructions for getting back.
Coming back
Go to the lower level outside baggage claim, where you were dropped off. A shuttle checks each terminal every 7 to 10 minutes. Between 11 PM and 8 AM, call the number in your booking confirmation for pickup. To leave, use the staffed checkout lane, not the automated exit, and give the cashier your printed reservation receipt and entry ticket.
