Verified UserJuan has been the shuttle driver several times now. One thing I didn't know is that the hotel also offers free shuttle to the cruise port and the shuttle ends up being very crowded and I can backlog the time assigned for you to get to the port. Though, we have been on-time so far, Juan has to really kill himself to do all that work. The hotel does a good job keeping vehicles safe. The hotel offers a free night at the hotel for the same price rightway offers just to park. I think this is a new offer.

Verified UserShuttle driver was excellent taking us to the port and picking us up on time. All you have to do is text him and he’s there in 10 minutes. Excellent driver very friendly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend you guys and park there again. The front desk was always very nice and all the questions and very professional and greeting all the customers.
