A complementary shuttle service up to four people is provided to and from the Port with every reservation.
Shuttle Information
The facility is open from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM on cruise days.
Shuttle Service starts at 10:00 AM to the ship.
Return shuttle starts at 7:00 AM back to your vehicle.
Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.
Additional Information
Present your text or email confirmation to the attendant upon arrival.
Complimentary shuttle transport is for four passengers roundtrip per reservation.
Each additional passenger is a $10 roundtrip.

Great experience! The main man (I'm sorry we didn't get his name), was great! Very kind, polite, and accomodating. The driver to the ship was also very nice. They took us right to the ship when it was time and we had about a 2 minute wait for the next van to get to the port on the way back. Couldn't have been any better! Will definitely use them the next time!

Totally Awesome Experience! Drop off only took a few seconds and then the shuttle dropped us curbside right at the bottom of the escalator. When we got back from our cruise there was a shuttle ready. He took us right to our car that was pulled out and waiting with the air cranked. Would use again with no for sure!

Located across from cruise terminals so travel time, even with traffic, was 5 minutes. Speedy and cordial personnel who are helpful with luggage and arrangements (with a truck it takes us a little longer than most to unload and load) so appreciate the patience shown. Have used before and would definitely use again.

This was our first cruise since moving to Florida. We had no idea how and where to park and we just picked this particular parking lot by chance. Wow, we were so surprised how close to the ship we were and how efficiently we were shuttled to and from our cruise ship. We highly recommend this company and their parking lot.
