Our facility is ideally located less than a mile from the Tampa Cruise Port, making it a convenient choice for cruise travelers.

Each reservation includes a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Port of Tampa.

Shuttle Service Details
Pick-Up Schedule: Shuttle service for returning passengers starts at 7:00 a.m. at Port Tampa.
Departure Times to the Port: The first shuttle leaves sharply at 10:00 a.m.
Shuttles depart at 30-minute intervals from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm being the final departure time.
Please note, that there are no exceptions to this schedule.
Arrival Time for Shuttle: To catch the 10:00 a.m. shuttle, please arrive 15 minutes prior.
Disney Cruise Terminal: Please be aware that our shuttle service does not operate to or from the Disney cruise terminal.
Passenger Information: Complimentary shuttle transport covers four passengers per reservation. Any additional passengers will be charged $5 for a roundtrip, payable in cash only.
Additional Instructions
Confirmation: Present your email confirmation to the attendant upon arrival. This can either be a printed copy or displayed on a smart device.
Payment: The balance is due at check-in.
Preparation: We advise arriving sufficiently early to complete check-in, park your vehicle, and transfer your luggage.
