We were warned of wait time, but as a transportation service, having extra transportation resources may help reduce the wait time. Overall, the great communication made up for wait time."

"Communication was great, however we had long wait time for return trip due to vehicle issues . (Texted at 1018 that we had landed…got picked up shortly after midnight). We were warned of wait time, but as a transportation service, having extra transportation resources may help reduce the wait time. Overall, the great communication made up for wait time."

"The number one thing that I appreciate is communication I had a couple of issues and they were so thorough and staying in touch with me and making sure that I knew I was going to the right place and they were on time and waiting for me and also, they communicated very well in picking me up at the airport. Very happy with this service and will use them again no doubt about it. Also, the best price anywhere. That truly helps. Thank you."
