Shuttle service runs between 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
Shuttle Service is down from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shuttle service will resume at 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Shuttle service runs on the hour every hour (7:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, Etc.)

The parking lot was packed by the time I arrived but I was able to find a spot and the shuttle was just on time. By the time I return my wait time was less than 2 minutes!!

Service is always good with this hotel. Had to wait a little longer to be picked up but it was a busy time of the day. The drivers are very courteous and pleasant. Will continue to use Red Roof in the future.

Staff was friendly. Pickup and drop off was efficient. Car was in one piece however had to park curbside due to limited spots. I will use Red Roof for parking again.
