Rightway Parking Port Canaveral Cruise Parking

"We have been using your Tampa lot by IKEA for several years and have gotten excellent service so we decided to park at your lot in Port Canaveral. Arrived at the address given on confirmation to find out the lot did not exist. After a phone call we were given directions to a different facility. Long story short we had excellent service at PNC."

S. Garrett

"Wait time to get to the ship and back to our car wasn’t long. Car was safe. Pleasant driver both ways! The young man that picked us up from the Ship made sure that he get all that was waiting to get in, as it was only 28 degrees outside and like most of us we left our winter clothes in our car!! "

"Service was great no sooner than we parked the car the shuttle was there was there waiting. The driver put suit cases in van and off we go. Up on arriving at port called number on first ring someone answered and told us where to wait and 5 mins. Later the shuttle arrived. 5 mins later back in car . Only concern was they charged you for parking by calendar day not 24 hrs clock like most parking lots do. For a 6 day cruise they charged you for the 7 day [your arrival back in port day] even though we arrived at 11 am and left by 1030 "

"I was a little skeptical when I first started to reserve with them, but after reading the reviews here, I was comfortable enough to book online. I pulled up to the lot and there was a hand written note taped to the front door with instructions to call the number on it (hand written in bubble letters). I called and the driver said he would be there in about 10 minutes. Sure enough, he was there in about 10 minutes. He loaded all of our luggage, parked my car, and finished the paper work. When he dropped us off at the port, he gave me a card with instructions on how to get a return pickup and pointed out where to meet the driver at. Once we cleared customs, I called and gave him my reservation number. 10 minutes or so, there was a driver to pick me up and take us back to our car. I'll use it every time I go to the cruise port! Drivers were nice and polite. "

"Great place to leave your vehicle. They took very good care of us and were very on time getting us to ship port and picking us up at port when we got back. "

M. Neese

" Great service, quick drop-off at terminal and pick-up from ship. Couldn't ask for better service. Desk personnel and drivers all very helpful and pleasant. Especially want to commend Benito (Smiley) for his extra care and attention to our reservation. This is our 2nd time using this lot and we wouldn't consider any other facility.  This is the only place to park at Port Canaveral. Car was securely parked and safe throughout the 11-night cruise. Never gave a thought to our vehicle knowing it was safely parked with these excellent people. Thank you to all the friendly and competent individuals at Park N Cruise."

W. Hunter

"Very efficient and fast! We had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to take us to the cruise port and they had to drop off other passengers at another cruise ship, but we were not delayed in any way. But the pick-up after the cruise was very quick, our car was ready to go and we were on our way! The only negative comment I would have is that the driveway to the entrance of the lot is very difficult to see. The first time we went past, there was a vehicle in the driveway and we had to go past and make a couple of U-turns to pull into the right driveway. "

L. Ramge

"They were great very fast pickup from Parking place to port and the same from port to parking lot will be using them again in November for another cruise."

A. detore

"So please to let you know that the team at Park n Cruise gave us excellent service from the time we left our vehicle with them to the day we returned to pick it up.  The drivers were more than cordial and offered any help to us that we would have needed.  The checking in and picking up was handled with professionalism and established a trust that our vehicle was in safe hands.  Thank the crew and thankyou for providing a safe parking."

D. Waver

"Couldn't be more pleased with the service. A short wait to go to the ship on a very busy day at the port. Driver took the time to tell us where we would be picked up on our return. Called as we left customs and van showed up shortly there after. I will definitely use them again."

S. Preston

"Arrived a bit early but there was no problem in getting us checked in.  A shuttle driver was available to assist us with our luggage and after a brief wait and some excellent banter with the driver we were delivered right to our ship.  Ten days later we disembarked and called the location who dispatched a driver whom they said was picking up passengers from another ship.  The driver arrived in about 15 minutes and delivered us directly to the lot where our car was kept.  Here we did have to wait a few minutes since the valet miscopied the claim number and had to move some vehicles to get our car which normally would have been up front and waiting.  "

G. Jankowiak

"Wonderful.... Got to the lot and the shuttle was waiting. Got off the shif and the shuttle was waiting. No problems at all. Will use again."
